Job Description

Bishop & Company is seeking a  General HR Clerk for a local medical organization in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will have good computer proficiency and strong organization and communication skills. Position will be supporting admin/recruiters with administrative duties. Good attendance is mandatory!
 
General Clerical 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to walk-ins and over the phone.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Conduct employment reference checks.
  • Complete other clerical duties as needed.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior phone servicing experience is REQUIRED.
  • Must be comfortable managing a multi-line telephone system.
  • 6 months of prior office experience REQUIRED.
  • Ability to multi-task, be organized and flexible.

Additional Information:
  • Job Type: Temporary Opportunity through 12/30/2023 with a possibility of extension.
  • Pay: $16/hr.
  • Location: Keeaumoku St., Honolulu 
  • Parking: Not provided
  • Hours: 7:30AM – 4:15PM (Monday-Friday)
