- Provide administrative support to HR department by performing routine clerical duties
- Process faxes and supply orders, employment verifications, bereavement gratuities, etc.
- Perform clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, scanning, and printing.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Excellent communication (written, verb and interpersonal) skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
- Detail oriented and highly organized to be able to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong proficiency with a PC, office equipment, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Assignment Type: Temporary
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7: 30am – 4: 15pm
