Seeking a General HR Clerk candidate for a major health care provider located in the Honolulu area.   General HR Clerk #16372   Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to HR department by performing routine clerical duties
  • Process faxes and supply orders, employment verifications, bereavement gratuities, etc.
  • Perform clerical  duties such as copying, faxing, filing, scanning, and printing. 
  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Excellent communication (written, verb and interpersonal) skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized to be able to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 
  • Must be able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must have strong proficiency with a PC, office equipment, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7: 30am – 4: 15pm
