Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bishop & Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.  Candidate must have experience with corporate recruiting to include sourcing, screening for minimum qualifications, and conducting formal interviews. You will be expected to perform full cycle recruitment, develop, implement and maintain TA plans based on specific positions. 

Ideal candidates will possess the following minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. (Associate degree plus two years of HR work experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree).
  • Two years of experience in HR or in lieu of experience a Bachelor's degree in HR Management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in employment law and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
The anticipated commitment to this role would be 3-6 months, with possibility of extension, at a pay rate starting at $25/hr. based on experience. Parking is available on the street fronting the building and a placard will be issued. Scheduled hours of work would be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
