Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the Bank’s daily foreign exchange positions.
- Support the management of excess liquidity to optimize returns within risk guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, reconciliations, and analyses using Excel.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met with precision and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including regular communication with branch staff.
- Follow established procedures and controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Contribute to team goals by supporting treasury operations as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent follow-through and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in banking, treasury, accounting, or finance is a plus but not required.
- Full-time, in-office Monday through Friday
- Schedule: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
- Job Type: Temp-Hire
- Pay: $20/hr
