Job Purpose: The EOM leads a team that supports the operations and administration for the Executive Team and the Board of Trustees. This role demands a forward-thinking, organized leader who can cultivate a supportive and dynamic environment for the organization’s senior leaders. The EOM is the key liaison between the Executive office and the Board of Trustees, with the organizational staff, external resources and demands, ensuring the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of executive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop priorities and action plans to help accomplish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Operate with a high degree of independent judgment to relieve the Executive leaders of administrative and business details.
- Take initiative to independently address issues and make autonomous decisions according to established policy.
- Create and implement new Executive Office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Identify problems and recommend or implement solutions on an organizational basis.
- Maintain a pulse on organizational activities to brief the Executive leaders as needed.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Executive leaders and the Board of Trustees.
- Ensure coordination of logistics for meetings while overseeing and maintaining the calendars for the Executive leaders in a highly organized and efficient manner.
- Screen and prioritize requests for the Executive leaders’ time and attention.
- Work closely with the Strategy and Communications Team to deliver the priorities of the President and CEO to stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information to and from the Executive Offices.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and modifying presentations and responses for internal and external audiences, including Board of Directors, Trustees and Executive leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior Executive Assistant experience with senior executives.
- Flexible and experienced in organizing a constantly evolving schedule.
- Outstanding professional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- A high level of diplomacy and tact.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions independently.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, with high-level organizational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and juggle priorities.
- High level of professionalism, polish, and aptitude in dealing with fluid and/or complex situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with high-level executives.

Compensation: Estimated $80,000 to $105,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
