Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking an Enrollment Representative with strong computer skills who is able to multi-task.
Primary duties:
- Handles enrollment, disenrollment and maintenance related processing activities.
- Ensure compliance with government, corporate and association performance standards.
- Support the changes in business and functions that are out of scope for vendor partners.
- Handles outbound calls
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of information.
Minimum requirements:
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret enrollment documents such as policies and procedures
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary through 1/31/2025 with a possible extension
- Pay: $15/hr
- Location: Keeaumoku Street, Honolulu
- Hours: 7:45AM – 4:30PM (Monday-Friday), + overtime as needed
