The ideal candidate is a digital subject matter expert and evangelist who drives alignment, action and results with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners ensuring digital strategy alignment, collaboration, and streamlined execution.

Responsibilities
  • Sets the digital vision and defines a comprehensive omni-channel digital strategy across the organization
  • Collaborates with Marketing to ensure appropriate brand representation and incorporation of marketing strategies
  • Obtains buy-in and commitment for the digital strategy across all stakeholders
  • Defines budgets and measurable goals for the digital vision; owns website, mobile, and digital P&L
  • Translates the strategy into executional plans and a roadmap to incrementally build capabilities
  • Defines a digital governance model and align decision making across the bank
  • Utilizes customer and channel insights to inform new products, services, and user experiences
  • Connects with experts in the organization and the broader industry
  • Regularly updates the digital strategy / roadmap to reflect the latest innovations, changes in competition, and shifts in the market
  • Drives tangible and measurable results to meet stretch targets established in the 1 and 3 year board approved plan

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements
  • Bachelor' s degree required; MBA or MS preferred
     

Minimum Experience Required
  • 10+ years' experience in digital and/or eCommerce
  • 5+ years' experience in strategic leadership roles
  • 5+ years' experience in collaborating, leading cross divisional teams, and effectively managing multiple priorities and multiple teams
  • Experience translating business strategy into executional plans with specific expertise in all digital channels and SME level in at least some of the following: organic and paid search, retargeting, site optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, mobile marketing, and user experience
  • Outstanding track record of delivering quality digital channel products and services for members/customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams in a matrix environment including IT, Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Finance
  • Experience implementing emerging digital technologies (voice-activated, machine learning, AI, etc.)
  • Experience developing and producing content campaigns
  • Experience executing an ongoing social media strategy across multiple platforms, successfully demonstrating growth, reach, and engagement
  • Deep analytic expertise and problem solving orientation with predictive and modeling background a plus
