- Answer inbound mortgage?related phone calls from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Update systems for auto?pay requests, name and address changes, and other account maintenance
- Process and track returned mail, ensuring accurate updates in the system
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines
- Previous customer service experience; call center or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Accurate data entry and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem?solving skills
- Mortgage servicing or banking experience is a plus
