Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a highly engaging, customer?focused, and goal?driven Customer Service Representative (Kahului Branch) for a local financial organization in Maui.
In this role, you will deliver high?quality service to customers both inside and outside the branch while promoting available banking products and services. Responsibilities include educating customers on product features and benefits, serving as an initial point of contact, and referring customers to personal bankers or specialized areas such as consumer and commercial lending and credit cards. The ideal candidate will consistently project a professional image and represent the organization with integrity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or equivalent work experience required
- Mandatory completion of the bank’s CSR School upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution
OR
Two years of experience in a retail sales environment selling products and services - Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information to individuals and groups
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling customer transactions and confidential information
- Proficiency with word processing and basic PC applications
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

- Job Type: Temporary-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $21/hr plus incentives
- Work Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Saturday on a rotational basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
