Bishop & Company is seeking a Teller for a financial institution located in Kahului, Maui. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, and develop a strong understanding of the institution’s products and services. You will work with a diverse customer base, supporting individuals opening their first accounts as well as experienced clients managing their financial needs.

In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, and develop a strong understanding of the institution’s products and services. You will work with a diverse customer base, supporting individuals opening their first accounts as well as experienced clients managing their financial needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Alignment with core values of Caring, Character, and Collaboration
- One year or more of customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling transactions and confidential information
- Sales advisory skills to educate customers on available products and services
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Job Type: Temporary-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $20/hr, plus sales incentives and a $416/month stipend!
- Work Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
- Location: Kahului, Maui- Hawaii
