Are you passionate about helping others navigate technology and streamline their experience? We’re seeking dedicated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Customer Access Support Specialists. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in assisting members and caregivers with accessing and using electronic systems, ensuring they receive seamless support in managing their needs.
What You'll Need:
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel (skills assessment may be issued)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective multi-tasking abilities and comfort working independently
- Quick learner with the capacity to retain new information
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to handle phone servicing effectively
- Reliable internet connection and phone line for remote work after training
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative support or related roles i
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
- Familiarity with electronic visit verification (EVV) systems or healthcare enrollment processes
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
- Business casual dress code when in-office
- Willingness to participate in initial in-office training (~one week) before transitioning to remote work
- Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
