Job Description
The ideal candidate is a seasoned team leader who collaborates with and coaches internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer comprehensive compensation programs.
- Evaluate and optimize existing pay structures and incentive strategies.
- Lead compensation projects and initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to design effective talent and organizational structures.
- Oversee salary survey participation and benchmarking activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Compensation team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Present data and analytics to support budget forecasting for compensation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
- 1+ year of team supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
Pay: $125,000-$155,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
