Job Description

Seeking a Compensation Consultant for our Honolulu-based client, a highly respected Hawaii institution with numerous locations statewide. This is a hybrid opportunity with a combination of in-office and remote days.

The ideal candidate has in-depth experience in workforce planning, pay management, compensation benchmarking/analysis, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise internal stakeholders on workforce planning and job design.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies ensuring compliance.
  • Support organizational re-organization efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on compensation program implementation.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of compensation experience at a complex organization
  • Background consulting with leaders on organizational design
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills to make impactful recommendations
Pay: $95,000-$115,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
