Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a Community Association Manager for an association management company in Kailua-Kona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned community associations, including maintenance, compliance, and administrative needs.
- Provide guidance and responsive support to boards of directors, property owners, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor association budgets and review financial statements to support decision-making.
- Attend and participate in evening board meetings as required.
- Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring organization, timeliness, and completion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems to manage communications, reporting, and documentation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and reliable access to an insured vehicle.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with budgets and reviewing financial statements preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, to attend board meetings.
- Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity
- Pay: $60,000-$90,000 DOE
- Location: Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
- Parking: No parking available, but we provide up to $70 toward a monthly bus pass.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
