As a Commercial Underwriting Manager - you will
- Lead and inspire a team of Commercial Underwriters.
- Drive strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance and champion underwriting best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CUW managers to lead, guide, and coach Commercial Underwriters.
- Be the technical expert, monitor results, and support process improvements.
- Provide recommendations aligned with strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
- Foster collaboration throughout the organization and maintain accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of multi-commercial lines, ISO, and NCCI experience
- 1-4+ years in a formal supervisory role, with hiring input and performance evaluations, and direct unit/department responsibility for manager and above level.
- 4-year College Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Salary:
Supervisor salary: $86,650 - $121,280K commensurate with experience
Manager salary: up to $143,170K commensurate with experience
