Job Duties:
  • Categorize, file, and retrieve records
  • Data Entry using Microsoft Office
  • Keep record of documents
  • Store records

Job Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must be able to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask with effective time management
  • General understanding/experience with reading legal documents preferred, but not required

Additional Information:
  • Working Hours: M-F, 8 hour days
  • Pay: commensurate with experience
  • Position Type: Temporary
