Job Summary:
The Collaboration Systems Specialist will specialize in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) and possess a strong knowledge of web-based technologies and database visualization tools and services like Microsoft Power BI. They will be responsible for coordinating application development across multiple teams, recommending process and procedure changes, and gathering user requirements for project and system implementation. The role requires expertise in SharePoint Technologies, along with familiarity with Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) concepts.

Job Summary:

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX):
- Develop and enhance user interfaces for collaboration systems, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing experience.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to improve UI and UX design.
- Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements related to collaboration systems and UI/UX development.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of collaboration applications across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements for collaboration projects and system implementations.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Utilize expertise in SharePoint Technologies to design, configure, and customize collaboration systems.
- Ensure SharePoint-based solutions meet business requirements and align with best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues and integrations.
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create interactive data visualizations and reports for collaboration systems.
- Develop Power Apps solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience of collaboration systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design effective data models and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power BI and Power Apps features.
