Bishop & Company is seeking qualified candidates for a Client Services Coordinatorwith an established health insurance organization in Honolulu, HI.

Coordinate receipt of all incoming emails to the client services email box and serve as the primary contact for the department phone line. Coordinate administrative support for departmental liaisons and provide superb customer experience to brokers and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and an understanding of and ability to enter data/run reports from Excel 
  • Able to calculate discounts, extensions, additions, ratios and allocations
  • Able to work as a contributing team member towards achieving management’ s stated goals
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Two years of recent customer service experience

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00am – 5: 00pm
  • Position Type:  Temporary to hire
  • Location: Downtown  Honolulu,  HI
