Client Service Associate
Honolulu, HI | Direct-Hire | $50,000 - $80,000 DOE
Bishop & Company is seeking a Client Service Associate on behalf of a well-established, family-owned financial services firm in Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to build a long-term career in the financial services industry. In this role, you will provide administrative and client support to Financial Advisors and assist with daily office operations in a professional and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Client Service & Communications
- Answer and assist with incoming client calls and service requests
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and business partners
- Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality
Administrative Support & Data Management
- Enter and maintain client information across multiple systems
- Conduct research and contact outside organizations to obtain information and fulfill client requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Client Meeting Preparation
- Prepare materials and paperwork for client appointments
- Ensure required forms are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Support advisors with transaction-related documentation
Account Processing
- Review forms and paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Submit documentation to financial institutions and vendors
- Track incoming funds and assist with resolving processing issues
Events & Seminars
- Assist with occasional client seminars and special events
- Availability for infrequent evening or weekend events
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, client service, or related support experience
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and organized
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career within financial services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Bachelor's degree
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Experience with LPL Financial ClientWorks
- Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
