Conduct courtesy calls to client groups to ensure high level of servicing and Voice of the Customer survey scores. Provide administrative support to Client Services Liaison / Coordinator team. Serve as back up to the Client Services email and ACD line concierge system and Client Services Coordinator team.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & CRM Software.
- Able to handle all types of client and broker calls in a professional manner.
- Able to calculate discounts, extensions, additions, ratios, and allocations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Two years of recent customer service experience.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
- Position Type: Temporary to hire
- Pay: $15.84 - $17/hr.
- Location: Downtown Honolulu, HI
