Bishop & Company is seeking qualified candidates for a Client Ambassador opportunity with a major  health insurance organization in Honolulu.

Job Description: 

Conduct courtesy calls to client groups to ensure high level of servicing and Voice of the Customer survey scores. Provide administrative support to Client Services Liaison / Coordinator team. Serve as back up to the Client Services email and ACD line concierge system and Client Services Coordinator team.

 

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & CRM Software.
  • Able to handle all types of client and broker calls in a professional manner.
  • Able to calculate discounts, extensions, additions, ratios, and allocations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Two years of recent customer service experience.

 

Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
  • Position Type:  Temporary to hire
  • Pay: $15.84 - $17/hr.
  • Location:  Downtown Honolulu, HI
  • No parking provided.
