What You’ll Do

Chart the course: Lead program strategy aligned with LT’s mission and long-term goals.

Elevate innovation: Design culturally rooted programs that build resilience and opportunity for youth.

Measure impact: Use data to drive decisions, optimize programs, and show results.

Lead and inspire: Mentor and support a dedicated team of program leaders across the pae?ina.

Steward resources: Manage budgets with purpose, ensuring sustainability and alignment.

Amplify voice: Represent LT in the community and cultivate relationships that strengthen reach and relevance.
What You Bring

10+ years of progressive leadership in youth development, education, or community-based programs

Deep knowledge of Native Hawaiian culture, values, and trauma-informed care

Proven ability to lead high-impact teams and build cross-sector partnerships

Strength in strategic thinking, communication, and systems leadership

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred

Salary Range: $250,000–$280,000, commensurate with experience and budget approved
