Job Description
Bishop and Company is looking for a candidate with strong customer service and computer skills who is able to multi-task. Candidates must be comfortable in dealing with emergency situations. Looking for immediate start!
Primary Duties: Handle incoming customer inquiries, initiates proactive calls, and provide professional and efficient support to customers during emergency outages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior customer service phone experience required.
- Multi-task
- Analytical
- Computer literate
- 45 wpm
- Type and speak on the phone simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
- Team player
- Fast learner
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary opportunity - one year with possible extension
- Pay: $20/hr
- Location: Remote with possibility of in-office work. Will need to provide own high-speed internet; company will provide laptop, monitors, wireless headset, etc.
- Schedule: Hours of operation are from 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekend work during emergency situations
