Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a financial institution’s Kihei OR Lahaina Branch team on Maui. In this pivotal role, you will oversee branch sales and service initiatives, execute marketing strategies, manage the operating budget, and ensure overall profitability and operational excellence. The Branch Manager provides strong leadership, upholds operational integrity, and actively supports the Bank’s mission and goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 5–8 years of banking experience
- 5 years of lending experience, including commercial, consumer, and real estate lending (experience may be obtained concurrently depending on branch needs)
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales, branch operations, and consumer lending
- Working knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, cash management, loans, and other fee-generating offerings
- Proven management and leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Business development and relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent planning, organization, and sales abilities
- Job Type: Direct- Hire Opportunity
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
