This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining strong financial and operational controls.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and service activities within the branch
- Develop and execute branch marketing and business development plans
- Manage operating budget, profitability, and overall financial performance
- Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and risk management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch staff
- Promote and support the organization’s mission, values, and customer-focused culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 5–8 years of banking experience
- Minimum of 5 years of lending experience, including commercial, consumer, and real estate lending (may vary by branch)
- Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, sales, and consumer lending
- Working knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, cash management, loans, and fee-based products
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated business development and sales capability
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
