Our client is looking for a Benefits & Leave Administration Manager to lead benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation programs. What You’ll Do
Benefits Administration
  • Design and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs, from health insurance to retirement plans.
  • Oversee enrollment, changes, and compliance through HRIS systems like Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Evaluate benefit offerings to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Leave Management
  • Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with managers to streamline leave processes and ensure smooth transitions.
Workers' Compensation
  • Manage claims, compliance, and investigations while promoting workplace safety.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement safety initiatives reducing workplace risks.
Employee Engagement
  • Serve as the go-to expert for benefit, leave, and workers' comp inquiries.
  • Create engaging communication materials to educate employees on policies and programs.
Compliance & Strategy
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to federal and Hawaii state regulations.
  • Audit and enhance benefit programs, leave policies, and safety initiatives to improve effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CEBS/PHR preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.
  • Skills: Expertise in HRIS systems, knowledge of FMLA/ADA laws, OSHA regulations, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
