Assistant Service Supervisor - Maui
Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor for a client company at their Kahului Branch on Maui.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
• Assist with workflow coordination, staff supervision, and customer service standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities
• Help ensure branch sales performance and service goals are met
• Manage customer inquiries and assist with issue resolution
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced branch environment
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years of experience in branch operations required
• 1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller, Service Manager Associate, or external supervisory role)
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Sales skills to support business development objectives
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to manage confidential matters judiciously
Additional Information:
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm (hours may vary)
• Pay: $43,493–$60,320 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Location: Kahului, Maui
