Assistant Service Supervisor- (Kahului Branch-Maui)
Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor (Kahului Branch) in Maui.
The Assistant Service Supervisor supports the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager with overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, and maintaining high customer service standards. This role helps guide workflow, recruitment, and training activities, while providing leadership to the branch team. The position also works closely with management to ensure the branch meets its sales, service, and performance goals.
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of experience in branch operations; and
- 1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate); or
- 1 year of external supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and budgeting skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent time management skills
- Sales skills to support business development goals
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $20.91/hr -$29/hr.
- Work Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
- Location: Kahului Branch-Hawaii
