Job Description

Bishop & Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a large healthcare establishment in the downtown, Honolulu area. Looking for an immediate start!

Duties:
·         Supporting VP level leadership
·         Answering phones
·         Administrative/Office assistance 
·         Outlook Calendar management
Skills:
  • 1-2+ years of administrative experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, supporting VP level leadership
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Outlook Calendar Management experience, required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Location:  Downtown, Ward Ave
  • Parking: may subsidize for certain garages
  • Pay: $20/hr.
