- Support department staff with day to day administrative tasks.
- Manage scheduling and coordinating of meetings and conferences.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
- Process, sort, and distribute mail.
- General office duties such as data entry, copying, filing, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook
- Must have strong organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Job Type: Temporary (2 months)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM
- Pay: Commensurate with experience
