Bishop and Company is seeking an Administrative Receptionist who excels at juggling multiple tasks, communicating seamlessly across all levels, and supporting executive leadership. What You’ll Do:
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries
- Effectively operate phone systems, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior corporate officers, ensuring smooth logistics
- Distribute mail accurately within departments
- Perform various administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Occasionally sit at the Executive Assistant desk to answer phones and support team members when needed
- Maintain high-level organization and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey information at all organizational levels
- Experience handling phone systems and call transfers
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience with travel coordination for corporate officers
- Familiarity with mailing procedures and departmental distributions
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment (comfortable supporting at a corporate level without patient contact)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience and 1 year customer service experience
- A background with 6+ years of receptionist experience is ideal
- Ability to adapt and occasionally support the Executive Assistant role
- Comfortable working in a professional, corporate setting with a focus on high-level organization
Additional Information:
- Length of Assignment: Temp to Permanent
- Location: Halawa, Aiea 96701
- This position offers an hourly rate starting at $17.85, with potential to increase based on experience
- Street parking available, placard will be issued
- Monday through Friday 0800 - 1730
