Bishop & Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant  for a well-established organization in the Honolulu area.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant: 
  • Previous Administrative Assistant  experience  
  • Proficient in Windows and Office Suite products
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant: 
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments. 
  • Maintain files and filing systems. 
  • Drafting routine correspondence, faxing, and copying. 
  • Prepare and distribute documents internally. 

Additional Information for the Administrative Assistant: 
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, occasional weekend and evening hours may be required. 
  •   Temporary
  • Downtown Honolulu
  • No parking provided
