Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience
- Proficient in Windows and Office Suite products
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
- Maintain files and filing systems.
- Drafting routine correspondence, faxing, and copying.
- Prepare and distribute documents internally.
Additional Information for the Administrative Assistant:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
- Downtown Honolulu
- No parking provided
