Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for a finance institution in the downtown Honolulu area. Ideal candidate will possess  excellent written and verbal communications and have strong time management skills.

Requirements of an Administrative Assistant;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A minimum of at least 1 year of previous administrative experience

Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant;
  • Process approved documents (scan, copy, route and entry into database)
  • Retrieve daily reports and route for approval
  • Assist with ongoing credit file scanning project (preparing files for scanning and scanning files)
  • Update various monthly reporting
  • Schedule meetings as necessary for Manager and Credit Administrators
