- Greet patients
- Answer phone calls
- Notate accurate messages
- Basic computer skills
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Basic Front Office experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Standard office equipment use knowledge (copier, telephone, scanner)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized manner.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Pay: $16.00/hour
