Job Duties:
  • Greet patients
  • Answer phone calls
  • Notate accurate messages
  • Basic computer skills
  • Administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
  • Basic Front Office experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Standard office equipment use knowledge (copier, telephone, scanner) 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized manner.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
