Administrative Assistant - Credit Department
Bishop & Company is staffing for a Temp Credit Department Administrative Assistant
Status: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 (In-office)
Duration: 6 months – 1 year (possibility of extension) | Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: ~$21.00 per hour
Summary:
This role provides clerical and administrative support to the Credit Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks related to company initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as reconciliations, data analysis, report generation, and file maintenance.
- Draft letters, create reports, and organize documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and share necessary information.
- Retrieve and provide customer account details as needed.
- Occasionally communicate with customers via phone or email regarding account information.
- Adapt to additional administrative duties as required.
- 3-5 years of general office and clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database programs (e.g., MS Access preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
