Maui Administrative Assistant needed!
Bishop & Company is looking for candidates to provide administrative support within utilities industry, specifically dealing with engineering department.
This person will be providing direct administrative support to the Engineering team which includes activities relating to initiating, monitoring, executing and closing projects.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of general office/administrative experience effectively communicating with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Be a team player. We utilize SAP and SharePoint. Experience with document scanning and electronic organizational tools for filing, searching, etc. Candidate must possess the ability to learn new software systems to assist with asset accounting, project monitoring, and project closing tasks.
Additional Information:
- Pay: $22.00/hr
- Parking: provided
- Dress Code: business attire
- Location: Kahului, Maui
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
