Bishop & Company is seeking an Administrative/AP Clerk to help support the Accounting department for a large health care establishment in the downtown, Honolulu area.

Administrative/Accounts Payable Clerk

Duties:
  • Administrative Support
  • Filing
  • Processing invoices
  • duties as assigned

Skills:
  • Previous office experience with MS Office
  • Administrative support experience

Additional Information:
  • Position Type: 1-3 months. Temp to hire possible.
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm may vary based on meetings/schedule needs
  • Location:  Downtown, Harbor Court
  • Parking: not available in building, may subsidize for certain garages
  • Pay: $18/hr. may be negotiable depending on experience
