Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial institution located in Princeville, Kauai. In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service to bank clients both inside and outside the branch. Responsibilities include promoting the Bank’s products and services by educating customers on features and benefits, serving as the initial point of contact for referrals to personal bankers and specialized departments (such as consumer and commercial lending or credit cards), and consistently presenting a professional image as a representative of the Bank.

Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial institution located in Princeville, Kauai. Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business or equivalent relevant work experience required; upon hire, completion of the Bank’s CSR School is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial savings teller at a financial institution (or as a teller/clerk teller), or two years of experience in a retail sales environment selling products and services
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to conduct sales presentations for individuals and groups
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling customer transactions and confidential information
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing applications required
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute required
- Job Type: Temporary-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $21/hr
- Work Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
