Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist for a respected financial institution in Kapolei. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of daily activities within the Deposit Operations Center. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity by inputting, correcting, and reviewing new and updated information while supporting smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, review, and correct data within banking and operational systems.
- Process deposit-related transactions in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and manage work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Respond promptly to changing priorities and operational needs with flexibility and professionalism.
- Track tasks from start to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
- Utilize technology and systems relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office and internal banking platforms.
- Support transaction processing activities for the organization, both online and in person as required.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by providing timely, professional, and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of branch or banking experience preferred.
- Proficiency with personal computers in a networked environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, or similar software.
- Working knowledge of relational database systems.
- Knowledge of back-office banking operations and processes is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information, pay close attention to detail, stay organized, and meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed or assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners through verbal, nonverbal, and written communication, including active listening and collaboration.

- Job Type: Temporary Opportunity, 6 months with possible extension
- Pay: $20/hr
