Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers
- Offer beverages – coffee/water/tea
- Enter customer information into the computer system
- Print documents for sales consultants
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate party
- Log vehicles into the computer tracking system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Typing 35 wpm
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
Additional Information:
- Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension
- Onsite, FT, M-F 9am-6pm with lunch break
- Pay rate: $17/hr
- Location: Honolulu, 96813
- Parking: Provided
