Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking an Administrative Specialist for an association management company in Honolulu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Neighbor Island properties, including managing mailings.
- Provide coverage for the receptionist as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with processing chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of two years of administrative or secretarial support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to provide support across multiple functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity
- Pay: $16-$18/hr DOE
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Parking: No parking available, but we provide up to $70 toward a monthly bus pass.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
