Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Membership and Events Coordinator to support our Chapter Executive Director (CED) in enhancing member engagement and organizing events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a small team and is passionate about building community connections. Responsibilities:
- Support the Chapter Executive Director (CED) in coordinating engaging member events and ensuring effective follow-up.
- Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate member records and assist in generating reports as needed.
- Check and respond to member emails promptly, providing support and fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in gathering feedback after events to help refine and improve future initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and using basic software applications.

- Part-time Hours: 12-18 hours per week
