Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a high-volume A/P processing environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and meeting deadlines. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive relationships and supporting the overall accounting operations.
Requirements:
- Previous accounts payable experience in a high-volume processing environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Type: Temporary for 3 months
- Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE
