- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
- Lead and develop accounting staff across AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to guide growth initiatives and optimize performance.
- Support audits, safeguard assets, and provide solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6–8 years of leadership experience in accounting/finance, ideally in multi-unit, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP/accounting systems (Oracle experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management abilities.
- CPA preferred.
- Compensation: Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience, budget approved.
- Location: Honolulu, HI
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, in office
- Travel: May include local and neighbor island travel.
