We're seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across our organization for our client.
In this leadership role, you'll serve as a key financial advisor to senior management, guide strategic initiatives, and build high-performing systems and teams that improve bottom-line results. If you're ready to lead finance at a high level, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead Profitability Strategy
- Develop and manage profitability systems for lines of business, officers, products, and customers
- Create dashboards and metrics incorporating funds transfer pricing, accounting, and capital return
- Present trend insights and make data-informed recommendations to drive performance improvement
- Lead the annual corporate business plan and company-wide budgeting process
- Align budgeting with financial targets, risk management, and incentive plans
- Deliver accurate, timely forecasting and reporting that supports agile, strategic decision-making
- Serve as a financial business partner across departments, offering guidance and variance analysis
- Create consistent financial proformas for new initiatives and investments
- Benchmark performance against peers and industry standards
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
- Drive continuous improvement, team development, and succession planning
- Collaborate across all business lines to support strategic initiatives
- Oversee budget, profitability, and funds transfer pricing systems
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with evolving internal controls and technologies
- Partner with other departments to align reporting frameworks and maintain consistency
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- 7+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting
- 4+ years in a management or leadership role
