We're seeking an experienced Corporate Planning (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a mission-driven financial institution rooted in community values for our client.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategy: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts. Align stakeholders and deliver insights that impact major business decisions.
- Partner & Advise: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to business units. Guide performance, identify opportunities, and champion profitability.
- Analyze & Innovate: Develop financial models, conduct root cause analysis, and transform reporting tools to deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Lead Cross-Functionally: Collaborate across departments to ensure financial alignment, data consistency, and strong governance.
- Own Performance Tools: Oversee the Axiom Performance Management System and ensure reporting processes are current, accurate, and efficient.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis (CPA may substitute for 2 years)
- CPA preferred
- Strong communicator with executive presence and the ability to distill complex financial data
- Collaborative, analytical, and solutions-oriented—always looking for ways to improve processes and performance
