Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Process invoices, ensuring all details are correct.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
- Ensure invoices are reconciled before checks are issued.
- Handle automated check processes efficiently.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of transactions.
Pay: $21-$23/hr
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1-month temporary
