Bishop & Company is seeking a Dealer Banking Assistant for a financial institution in downtown Honolulu, HI. Ideal candidate will have a background in administrative, office, clerical, or related.

Dealer Banking Assistant 

Job Duties:
  • Data entry
  • Contract processing
  • Documentation review
  • Printing and mailing letters
  • Filing
  • Complete all other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 year of administrative, office, clerical, or related experience required. College courses may substitute for experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task

Additional Information:
  • Job Type: Temporary Opportunity
  • Please note client has a COVID-19 mandate in place 
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
  • Parking: Not Provided
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Overtime as needed.
