Job Description
Bishop and Company is looking for a candidate to work in Honolulu, Keeaumoku Street area. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills who is able to multi-task. Candidates must be comfortable with phone coverage and potentially learning claims processing.
Primary duties: Responsible for timely and accurate completion of primacy determinations, providing customer service and claims processing.
Minimum requirements: Ideal candidates will have the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively. Must be comfortable with phone servicing to assist with high call volume in a call center setting, thereby having strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with analytical and active listening skills. Candidates should be comfortable navigating through computer systems and various databases.
The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:15pm (45 minute lunch break).
