Wire Transfer Specialist #21344
Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive wire transfer request forms from customers, branches, and departments via several telecommunication services.
- Validate and authenticate wire requests received by performing outbound calls.
- Manage and organize email requests received by customers.
- Provide quality service to branch and department personnel, and answer routine phone inquiries regarding wire transfers.
- Monitor the Wire desk to ensure all wires are received and processed.
- File records following the department procedures.
- Routinely assists with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a highly productive clerical or administrative environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.
- Good communication both written and oral.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Job Type: Temporary Opportunity until 12/31/2024
- Pay: $20.00/hr
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
- Parking: Not provided
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 4:30 pm
