Job Description
Bishop & Company is seeking a Remittance Processing Clerk for the Enterprise Operations Services department for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI.
Summary of job:
Process wholesale and retail lockbox transactions, corporate in-mail and out-bound mail, and CD-ROM archiving and prepares various treasury deposit reports.
Required skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Six months general office experience
- Basic accounting knowledge highly desirable
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $18/hr
- Shift availability (3 openings)
- Shift- Must be available to work overtime, depends on the workload
- Monday- 5:00/6:00am-7:00/8:00pm
- Tuesday-Friday- 5:00am-3:00pm (end time will vary based on workload)
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96819
- Parking: Provided on site
